ICE Student Networking Dinner

Event Summary

During the 2023-24 academic year, we will be hosting a series of networking dinners at our Madingley Hall campus for current award-bearing students enrolled on Institute of Continuing Education courses.

The dinners will focus on supporting our students to grow their professional networks and friendship groups in a laid-back and welcoming way by meeting current enrolled learners from across our award-bearing portfolio of courses.

The dinners will have a maximum capacity of 60 attendees, so early booking is advised.

Informal networking drinks will be served upon arrival at 7:00pm. Dining tables will be set in mixed groups of 8-10 people, to encouraged relaxed networking over a three-course menu, followed by coffee. An optional wine menu will be available for purchase. The dress code will be smart business attire. The event will close at around 9:30pm, although the Terrace Bar will remain open afterwards.

Our learners are drawn from all backgrounds, walks of life and life stages. A unique community of learning. A Cambridge for everyone.

During the current academic year, over 1,200 adult learners are studying on almost 60 award-bearing courses offered by the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education in fields ranging from classics and philosophy to genomics and artificial intelligence.
