Everything you arranged, simply everything, was beautifully executed, unobtrusively, attentively, good humouredly, considerately and to perfection, reflecting no doubt many hours of thoughtful planning, extensive communication, thorough briefing and years of combined experience on delivering a wedding breakfast, the memories of which will always include a tribute to those people whose professional expertise contributed so substantially to making it such a perfect day. Both Lara and Sheldon, at separate times, expressed themselves so delighted with their day that they felt absolutely nothing could have been done to improve it. For my part, the inevitable concern over practical issues evaporated so rapidly when questions of minute detail were anticipated and answered with greater clarity than indeed they were asked, that I was impressed in a way that those in the company I ran until recently would barely have believed possible. Service excellence is part of the mantra I have repeated for years but so rarely have I seen it in practice. Extraordinarily well done and thank you so much.
