Celebrate with us from 7.00pm with a reception drink followed by a three course dinner served in our magnificent Dining Hall followed by a disco till midnight in our Terrace Bar

Devon crab, smoked trout and ginger mousse with balsamic roast fenland beetroot
and spiced pear chutney
Homemade Chestnut, butternut squash, and Bramley apple soup with parsnip crisps

Sun blush tomato, feta, spinach and baklava on a leek and pearl barley risotto
Shetland organic salmon and smoked salmon pave with a tarragon cream sauce
